To gain access to HSRC Biobank samples and data, the following documents are requested to register
- Updated CV
- Research Statement and area of expertise
- Published paper (ORCID or google scholar)
- Requested samples and data description

After an initial approval you will be requested to submit the following documents:
- Full proposal
- IRB approval
- Number and types of samples
- Researchers who will have access to the samples and data as collaborators

What will happen to my application next?
- The HSRC Biobank Scientific Committee will review your application and validate the presence of the requested samples and annotating data
- Decision of the scientific committee will be sent to the researcher within 14 working days

Following the approval of your application
- Quotation will be sent to the researcher based on the service requested
- You will be requested to complete and sign the material transfer agreement form
- You will be requested to complete and sign the collaboration agreement form
